Rules for Publishers

materials presented on the Site should be mostly in English;

there should be at least 100 unique visitors on the site per day, and the number of subscribers in Facebook groups should be at least 1,000 persons;

materials presented on the Site should not violate the international laws;

the Site must not contain pornographic, erotic materials, propaganda of violence and racial discrimination, incitement to commit crimes, obscene language in an unjustified amount, and software that can damage or otherwise negatively affect user’s equipment;

the Site should be a participant of the Google Analytics website statistics service.

placement of the Videos on the pages of the Site which does not meet the requirements of the Service (clause 1);

placement of the Videos which are intended for some particular Site on other sites;

placement of the Videos on pages of the Site which contain erotic materials and other materials for adults, including promotional materials for adults;

rewarding users of the Site for views;

artificial increase of the number of views with the help of special programs and scripts;

generation of views through the traffic purchased or obtained specifically for this purpose;

automatic playback of the Video;

automatic playback of the Video;

to decrease or increase the size of the player by third party scripts or other methods to a sizes smaller than 300x250 and larger than 700x480;

posting the video script on the pages of the Site, which can be opened without visitor's action (e.g., popup, pop-under, redirect, click-under and others);

substitution or replacement of the Video, its title or description in a manner that may mislead the user;

system code modification;

attracting traffic through spam;

placing the player inside the other player, except in the cases when the special Overroll code from Viboom is placed;

changing or adding a description of the video in the cases when it is prohibited by the rules of the campaign;

adding descriptions containing obscene speech or a negative statement about an advertised item or a person.

providing public access (eg on forums, social networks, etc.) to screenshots of the webmaster console, notifications about the start or end of campaigns and information about the client, campaign budgets or the CPV.

All the previous rules apply to Facebook placements.

Publisher is allowed to post Viboom videos only by using the console of the Service.

It's strictly forbidden to post spam messages in Facebook comments.

It's strictly forbidden to send links to the video in private messages.

The video may be posted only in the groups approved for the specific campaign.

Money earned by publishers is paid at the end of each following month at the latest. The Viboom GmbH has the right to conduct a payment at any time until this moment. Example: revenues generated between August 1st and 31st will be paid no later than September 30 (i.e. the end of the following month). The minimum payout is €20. If it is a German bank account or IBAN / BIC are specified, payments are made free of charge. From €1,000 a payout is only possible to a bank account. If the aforementioned attributes do not apply to the bank account, then a payout of less than €250 is made free of charge and a payout of more than €250 is made after deduction of incurred costs.

Payments are made through the PayPal system or bank transfer.

Earned money is paid according to the details specified by the Publisher in the Publisher’s personal account.

The Service does not disclose the algorithm for counting views. The main condition for counting is only one unique view for each visitor of the Site is counted. View is considered unique if the visitor of the Site has not previously made it. To improve the quality of counting, IP-address determination of the visitor is employed, also we use the availability of the Cookie service in their browser and other methods.

If the number of views with US users IP addresses on the same site and in a single campaign is less than 50% of all views generated on the Site as part of this campaign, the Service reserves the right to apply a correction factor to the Site during the campaign, as long as the number of US views has not exceeded 50% of total views on the Site as part of this campaign.

Any participating publisher can become a participant in Viboom's Referral Program and refer us to other publisher, regardless of whether there are any of his own sites in the Service or not.

A participant’s referral of the Referral Program is a publisher who has registered in the Service by the link sent by any other participant within 30 days after clicking on it.

Participant of the Referral Program receives a reward in the amount of 5% of the earnings of the Publisher he invited. Payment occurs at the end of each month along with payments of other Publishers.

Viboom's Referral Program applies only for those sites which have not been previously registered in the Service.

If the referral's account is debited due to violations of the rules of the Service then a referral's charges are also deducted from the account of the participant of the Referral Program.

It is prohibited to attract referrals via email spam, social network spam, forum spam, and other types of spam.

The Service has the right to refuse participation to any Publisher without giving reasons for doing so at any time. All funds that are in the account of the Publisher within the system will be paid to the Publisher, if they were accumulated without violation of the Service's rules.

Publisher has the right to withdraw from the operation of the Service at any time, at the same time the Service guarantees payment of all funds held in the account of the Publisher at the moment of withdrawal in case such funds have been accumulated without violation of the rules and regulations of the Service.

The Service reserves the right to unilaterally change these rules.
